Fifth Avenue and Trump Tower

Fifth Avenue in Manhattan divides the island into the east side and west side, stretching all the way from upper side of 143rd Street in Harlem to the lower side in Washington Square, passing the Metropolitan Museum, Central Park, Rockefeller Centre and New York Public Library. It is considered among the most expensive and best shopping streets in the world. The upper side of Fifth Avenue is considered one of the most posh and expensive real estate in the city; the midtown area is mainly commercial and business, whereas the lower side is a mix of residential and commercial real estate.

On Fifth Avenue between 58th and 59th Streets stands Trump Tower. Completed in 1983, this is used for retail, office and residential purposes. It is owned and used as the home of real estate tycoon turned US President Donald Trump.
