Covent Garden
As you walk towards the eastern border of West End, you will find the famous Covent Garden, between St Martin’s and Drury Lanes. This was a former fruit and vegetable market in the central square, but today it is a popular shopping place filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, as well as artists performing on the cobblestone outdoors. You can also find the Royal Opera House that was built in 1858 and the London Transport Museum.
